When you visit the doctor, there's often a quiet confidence within you that the doctor will find the answer and provide relief—before you've even received the treatment.

If you resist, if you approach her with ignorance, the more you engage, the more you invite the consequences —like a “f*** around and find out” moment. She teaches that the work must be done, and there’s no shortcut. The process is as much about self-awareness as the experience itself.
Back to the placebo effect. Most of you are familiar with the term and its function, but many fail to realize that the placebo effect is actually factored into recovery when testing treatments.
Yes, in clinical trials, the placebo effect accounts for an estimated 30 to 40 percent of a treatment's effectiveness. Of course, this can vary depending on factors like the nature of the placebo, the patient’s mindset, and the doctor-patient relationship.
So, where am I going with this? Healing is work. Real, hard work. It begins in the mind and gradually manifests in the body. Just like preparing a garden requires careful attention and patience, you must also tend to your soul.
Nurture it with intention and care; in time, you will see the fruits of your efforts—just as you would in the garden you cultivate.

What kind of healing or answers am I hoping to uncover through this experience?
How do I want to achieve it, and am I truly committed to doing the work to get there?

This is the work. The Green Goddess can guide you, but the commitment to growth must come from within.
Finally, you reap your harvest—the universe rewards you in alignment with the work you’ve put in.
